I gained a lot of information about health when I overcame my own health challenges. But I found that mindset shift plays a more important role on how quick you achieve your desired health results. So I am on a mission to spread this easy way of transformation to a vibrant life by incorporating simple lifestyle changes to love yourself in the process.

I strongly believe that our health is in our hands. It is a skill that needs to be mastered ,especially in this day and age, as it is a powerful tool to enrich and enhance our life. So if we take care of our body and mind, admist any difficult or different situation, we can enjoy a happy and content life.
I think self love, food, movement, sleep and relaxation are the key ingredients to a healthy fun filled life.

I’ve been successfully coaching my clients to dream about all the things they want to achieve in their life from now on rather than thinking about the limitaions from their health conditions . I have encouraged them to bring back their pleasurable activity that feed them energy,enthusiasm and motivation as the pillars to a fulfilled life. We often have to be told that Life is a journey to enjoy.
